What I wore: shopping and the movies

This week’s edition of ‘what I wore this weekend’ is a bit late, I know, seeing as how we are almost at the weekend again. Only one day stands between me and a four-day weekend – and Easter candy! (I.e. the best candy)

I haven’t packed for the weekend yet, but I know I’ll definitely be wearing the outfit below. I’m slowly transitioning my wardrobe into spring so cardigans are being ditched and the ballet flats are being worn with abandon and without socks.

weekend wear

This charmeuse top from Old Navy is super cute. I love the teal colour and the geometric pattern. I have to say, Old Navy has been very kind to me this Fall/Winter. I have gotten a lot of very cute things there! Sometimes it reminds me a bit of Anthropologie, even. Anyway – I belted the shirt to give it better shape and wore it with straight leg jeans and sequined flats. It took me through shopping and a movie quite nicely.
